A Petition for ‘Covid’ related Legislative Investigation

Please help support this effort with petitioning our legislature for an official investigation into this state’s agencies misdealing with Covid-19.

We are demanding our legislators conduct a full investigation into the mishandling of Covid-19 policies by the various state agencies and the resulting damages to We The People.   A petition is the standard historical procedure for communicating to our legislature to peacefully assemble to hear our grievances. We have the right to peacefully assemble and the petition is the way that we tell the legislature to do so.

Constitution of the State of Washington
Article 1 Declaration of Rights

SECTION 1 POLITICAL POWER. All political power is inherent in the people, and governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, and are established to protect and maintain individual rights.

SECTION 4 RIGHT OF PETITION AND ASSEMBLAGE. The right of petition and of the people peaceably to assemble for the common good shall never be abridged.

Constitution of the United States

FIRST AMENDMENT. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Our legislature has the constitutional duty to peaceably assemble for hearing our redress of grievances and the parliamentary function of investigating this state’s agencies.

Lex Parliamentaria Americana

1074. It is with respect to measures of a public character, that the right of petition has been deemed the most sacred, and has been guarded with the most care; as it is by this means only that constituents can express their opinions upon great national questions, and bring their opinions to bear directly upon the legislative power.

Mason’s Manual on Legislative Procedure

10. An investigation into the management of the various institutions of the state and the departments of the state government is at all times a legitimate function of the legislature.

This petition calls for an investigation of the following allegations to include; abuse of power, concealment of materials facts, deceit, domestic violence, false reporting, fraud, maladministration, official misconduct, racketeering, and subversion against we the people.

Without a legislative investigation into these allegations, Olympia will be business as
usual and we can look forward to extended emergency powers.

Supported by enough people can create political pressure to warrant an investigation
where we can testify with the true facts and our stories which have been
greatly silenced by our state’s agencies.

Please print the petition, sign in support, and either email scan or mail to your local legislatures. (www.leg.wa.gov) – Then follow-up with a polite phone confirmation of receipt.
